From August 29 - 31, the Colloquium in memoriam Rudolf Therneysen took place at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University of Bonn. The event was organized by the Celtic Studies Department of the Institute of English, American and Celtic Studies. For three days, Celtic scholars dedicated themselves to the work and influence of Rudolf Thurneysen on Celtic studies.
The Gloss.IT project was also participating. Bernhard Bauer started the last day of the colloquium on August 31 at 09:30 with his presentation “The Joy of a breeze: Rudolf Thurneysen and intra-Celtic loanwords”.
